1.Rice husk Pellet Press can press high crude fiber biomass materials into 2-8MM diameter pellets. specially fit for low adhesive biomass waste from wheat straw or rice straw, corn stalk, rice husk , palm fiber, palm shell or nut shell, very hard wood etc

2..Rice husk pellet press working principle is –roller assemble rotary, the ring die keep stable, producing high pressure ,which can press very low adhesive biomass waste into high density pellets

3.Rice husk pellet press contains hydraulic pump, which can adjust pressure between rollers and ring die to fit for different materials pressure ratio. when adjusted to the fit pressure,

the pressure will keep stable automatically.

4.Rice husk pellet press also contains automatical lubricate spare parts grease systems , which can lubricate spare parts grease automatically---- such as inside rollers, vertical shaft ,gears, bearings .

6.Rice husk pellet press has one ring die with two-layers hole inside : the top layer and bottom layer .only bottom layer works, Roller assemble will take rotary ,toughing with ring die bottom layer, the ring die keeps stable , once ring die bottom layer was broken , turn over it and make the top layer to bottom,then the ring die will work secondly . So one ring die can use two times .also the top and bottom layer ring die hole dimension can be different, so one ring die can press into two different diameter pellets . but other supplier ring die just have one layer and only can press one dimension pellets.
